We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Kindra Home, in line with applicable consumer protection regulations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.
1. Returns — European Union & United Kingdom Customers (Statutory Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK consumer protection regulations:
- You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without needing to provide a reason.
- After notifying us of your intent to cancel, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
- Your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
2. Returns — United States, Canada & Australia Customers
We offer a return window broader than the applicable minimum requirements to give you added peace of mind:
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with all accessories included.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of a defect or an error on our part.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Personal care or hygiene items that have been opened or used, where applicable
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance," if applicable
- Gift cards
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kindrahome.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping is fully waived in this case.
5. How to Start a Return

- Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 24–48 business hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a defect or an error on our part.

7. Exchanges
- We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal value, subject to availability.
- To request an exchange, follow the same process outlined in Section 5 and specify the item you would like instead.
- If the new item has a different price, we will contact you to arrange payment or a partial refund of the difference.
8. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been processed for shipment. Contact us as soon as possible at support@kindrahome.com.
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; you may request a return once the item is delivered, following the process above.
