At Kindra Home, we believe clarity is part of a premium experience. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Times & Costs
To ensure the best quality and pricing, products are shipped from our global fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. In the rare event of a delay exceeding 30 days from your order date, we will notify you by email and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund, in accordance with U.S. federal consumer protection regulations (FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule).
Delivery times may be affected by peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday), customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom may be charged VAT upon delivery, depending on order value and local customs regulations.
- We recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
- If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@kindrahome.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
- If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Kindra Home is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at support@kindrahome.com as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
